AN INVITATION

I believe we are all born as natural diviners. But as we grow up, we become tamed. We forget how to access the Great Wild guidance system flowing beneath the surface of our lives.

Over eight weeks, I'll guide you through a soulcasting exploration that offers a tangible way to reconnect with your innate knowing. Drawing on my 25 years of immersion in animism, divination, and soul work as a sangoma (a traditional doctor), we'll create your Diviner's Bundle together—a unique, living oracle composed of objects, stories, and symbols drawn from the rich soil of your own life.

Each week you will gather, craft and awaken a new piece of your oracle and begin weaving together a mythic language of your own. Through story-telling, ecological wandering, creative ritual and soul inquiry, I'll help you reawaken a forgotten way of seeing—one that recognizes the world as living, layered, and humming with meaning.

By the end of our journey, you'll hold in your hands something precious—a wild compass formed from the bones of your own experience.

Materials Needed

My name is Anel

I've been a traditional African doctor and bone diviner (a Sangoma) for over 25 years. My initiation dramatically reshaped my understanding of what it means to live in relationship—with the earth, with mystery, and with the invisible threads that guide our lives.

I believe that many of the medicines we need today lie in the ways of seeing that pre-industrial cultures have practiced for milennia. I weave together ancient ritual, soulful tools, and creative practices to help people gently break free from the tamed constraints of modern life—without burning everything down in the process.

My work invites you into a quieter, more reverent way of being—one that honors your soul, your story, and your place in the greater living world with humour and heart.

FAQ's

Do I need experience with divination or creative practice?

No experience is needed. This course is accessible to anyone with curiosity, presence, and a willingness to explore.

What if I miss a session?

All sessions are recorded and will be available for one month after the course ends.

How much time will I need each week?

Besides the live 90-minute session, allow for an extra hour or so each week for reflection, gathering objects, or creative tasks.

Is this a religious or spiritual course?

The course is grounded in animist, archetypal, and ecological perspectives, but it's not tied to any specific religion. It invites your own sense of meaning and mystery.

Can I do this even if I don't think I'm intuitive?

Yes. Intuition is not a gift for the few—it's a skill of relationship and attention that we all have. This course helps you reawaken it.

Is there any ongoing support after the course ends?

Yes, we offer an optional group mentoring check-in one month after the course concludes (R400), as well as individual mentoring sessions (R1500).

What if I start the course and find it's not for me?

Cancellations made up to 14 days before the course starts are eligible for a full refund minus a small processing fee. After that, we can discuss transferring to a future course offering.

Can I share my oracle or this practice with others after the course?

While your oracle will be deeply personal, the skills you learn can be shared with friends.

What makes this different from other divination systems like tarot or runes?

Unlike standardized divination systems, your Diviner's Bundle will be uniquely yours—built from elements of your life, rooted in your personal symbolism, and designed to evolve with you over time.
