Soul Collage Meetup in Muizenberg 15 July

Each of us contain a multitude of identities and parts within us.

At different times in our lives new ones emerge, bringing with them healing, growth and opening new possibilities for our creative selves.

Using the soulcollage process, Anel will guide you over the course of 6 months to create your own set of 12 cards.

After this, you can build your set out further on your own, or we can continue this group if there is enough interest.

Soul Collage cards are a tool that will support and resource you, help you to access your own innate wisdom and give life to the different parts that exist within you.SoulCollage® is an expressive arts practice done individually or in community. Founded by Seena B. Frost, the method develops creativity and intuition, encourages self-discovery, and provides personal guidance.

You don’t have to be an artist to make SoulCollage® cards. Anyone can create and enjoy this powerful practice.

We meet the third Saturday of the month from 10am till 2pm.

Feb 18, March 25, April 15, May 20, June 17, July 15.

You can attend one, or all the sessions if you like.

Please bring a pair of scissors, pritt glue, a notebook and a pen. Also something to share for lunch.

You are also welcome to start looking for and saving a collection of pictures that catch your eye, and to bring them with you to these sessions.

However, pictures and cards will be supplied.
